<p>that some ships do not have clear indication on inlet or outlet, but in all designs, </p>
<p>Cooling SW/ FW always enters from top and exited from below.  ( Cool to hot )</p>
<p>Vice versa the Coolant(JCK or OIL) enters from TOP and exits below. ( Hot to cool ) </p>
<p>Helps if you come from a messy piping ship or just tracing pipes. 🙂</p>

<p>initial troubleshootings<br />
1) piston ring broken </p>
<p>Changed all the piston rings and inspection of liner. All okay. </p>
<p>&amp; it turns out there is a broken oring on the piston pin on tanabe MAC, which not everyone knew of or change during major overhaul.   </p>

<p>How to check is&#8230; to run 2 generator on synchronise. </p>
<p>Changed the switch to manual, reduce the governer on the switchboard to reduce the load until negative. The generator should trip.</p>

<p>From the above Unloader, the left box is when the steering is in operation and the left is for unloading.</p>

<p>He was confused when i said panadol. He flipped the medicine book looking for the term, until i told him to look for paracetamol.
