5. Arrange atmosphere check at regular intervals
6. Arrange continuous ventilation
7. Adequate access and illumination
8. Rescue equipment standby
9. Responsible person standby at entrance
10. Inform OOW/EOW
11. Communication check and emergency signals discussed
12. Emergency and evacuation procedure
13. All equipment inspected, good condition
14. Proper PPE
