- vessel – Dead weight tonnage, avoid overloading, draft restriction for cargo calculation
- any interal transfer done for ship stability
- as per company policy, 85% volume, no more than 90%
Bunker calculation
- take all sounding, ROB. X
- calualate fuel consumption for voyage q1= daily consumption X distance / ( 24 x average speed)
- port consumtion. Q2 = daily fuel consumption x no of days
- safety margin for rough weather 15% Q1 x 0.15
- Total Rob = X – ( q1 + q2 + q3)
- Total to order = 85% capacity of each tank – Q5
